• Tandem manual, progressive, transfer and tandem robotic line stamping dies for the mass production of sheet metal steel parts,
• Tandem stamping dies for the mass production of aluminum sheet metal heat shields,
• Tandem prototype stamping dies for the production of sheet metal prototype parts.
• Control fixtures for the dimensional controls and welding fixtures for the welding assembly operations of sheet metal stamping mass production parts.

Through the advanced CAD systems and programs that we can apply the necessary optimizations and modifications of them in all formats, regarding the dies and mass production processes of related parts which are subject to the project; we work with a focus on the needs of our customers to minimize the aimed material and process costs throughout the entire mass production life of the project. 

With the awareness of the importance of the big difference between the cost of buying a die and the cost of owning that die and through recognizing the fact that; during the mentioned project mass production life, at each stamping that die will make, the first step of the earnings as savings at material, labor, energy etc. costs is taken with the process of obtaining all the sheet metal blanking dimensions analyzes and the relevant process numbers and formats with a precise accuracy by highly qualified optimizations.

We are meticulously accomplishing the related designs and modelings; by carefully considering the security aspects of mass production operations and the importance and requirements of rigidity; again in accordance with the demands and norms of our customers; in line with our raw material, parts and process simulations that will provide high productivities in robust manufacturing conditions which is making it possible to apply optimum operation methods in accordance with our customers’ production lines.
